Can the tickets be purchased at your office? As i do not want to go through the same experience of not being able to enter into the online purchase site as in Ed Sheeran’s online ticket sales.

Hi there, there is only two working days left before 14th August. Can you guys release the seat plans? Fans do need time to discuss and also think of ways to get some money to go concerts as well.

There is no physical queuing for the ticket sale right? Only through online?

    Thanks!

What does excluding ticket fee and GST mean?
Is it different with the rm888 price?
and does rm888 include the tax as well?

How do I choose the zones I want? Is it randomly distributed? Is it all free standing? If not, then for seating do we have numbers or free seating?

    Hi there,
Is the stage also in the level 1 (floor)?
I’d like to know about the view, if I get the ticket in the area 118… do you think will I have a good view or will I need to be the whole concert looking up? For this concert what could be considered the best seat/view?
    Tks

Just read that we have to enter name at time of purchase. One of us (father/mother) will accompany our child to the concert. And as the concert is next year, we still unable to decide who can/able to bring her to the concert. Pls advise.

Hi, as long as the name stated on the ticket is one of the attendee to the show. Any name used is fine. Thanks.

I think what Elaine is saying is that she is not sure whether she or her husband will accompany their child to the concert. Since you require one name to be stated (i.e. either hers or her husband’s) and she is not sure yet who will accompany their child, this is their dilemma.

As long as the child ( 6 and above) is attending the show, using his/her name on the ticket is fine. Please bring along his/her IC for identification checking during entry.
